Staying at this place was like stepping into a luxurious Ottoman palace. The rooms were incredibly spacious and beautifully designed, with a perfect blend of traditional Ottoman decor and modern amenities. I felt like royalty during my stay, thanks to the attentive and caring staff. From the moment I arrived, Sinan, the manager, made me feel welcomed and at ease, always available to assist me through Whatsapp. Cengiz, the outstanding butler, made sure I was truly pampered, making me feel like a queen. The meals at the hotel's restaurants by the water were simply sensational, with delicious food, stunning views, and impeccable service. The location was also ideal, with easy access to walking alleys along the Bosphorus and a variety of cafes, bars, and restaurants.
I had to leave this wonderful venue two days earlier than planned due to an issue with the AC system. Despite daily calls to the manager, we were unable to control the temperature in our room, making it uncomfortably hot, especially in the afternoons.
